Moving Team

ECHOS desires a consistent base of volunteers who are able to help make a client's house a home. 

Once clients are successfully housed, either through an ECHOS housing program or independently, we offer support for moving in to make the transition as smooth as possible. 

Responsibilities could include:

• Picking furniture and household items up. 
• Loading and unloading items for the move. 
• Moving furniture and household items into a client's home. 
• Setting up a client's home (putting dishes in cabinets, putting together bed frames, etc.). 

Please note that associated opportunities usually require heavy lifting. 

There is very rarely direct client interaction.
