We are seeking a caring and reliable volunteer to serve as a Shelter Overnight Volunteer. This role provides additional presence and support during the night while a staff member is always on duty.
- Volunteers will have a private room where they may sleep undisturbed for the duration of the shift unless an emergency arises.
- Assist staff with ensuring guests are settled into their rooms at the beginning of the shift.
- Be available to assist staff during the night only in the event of an emergency. Maintain a calm and supportive presence in the shelter.
SUPPORT PROVIDED A private room for rest during the shift. A staff member will be present on-site for the entire shift.
